Stop Right Now (thank you very much), because The Spice Girls have just teamed up with TikTok to create two hashtag challenges for the music app community, in the run up to their epic UK ‘Spice World Tour’. How cool?!

Incase you haven’t heard of TikTok, it’s an app that was previously called musical.ly, and allows users to create, share and watch short clips of themselves lip-syncing, dancing, doing skits or, like this, participating in social challenges.

This epic collab officially launched on 20 May with the first hashtag challenge, #StopRightNow, where creators were asked to copy iconic Spice Girls’ dance moves from the Stop Right Now music video.

And don’t worry, you’ve still got time to participate in the next challenge. Launching 26 May, using the hashtag #SpiceUpYourLife, creators are being asked to “begin by wearing casual clothes or sleepwear, then in slow motion, their clothes cover the screen and the creator is revealed in their best outfits looking fabulous, ready to go out.”

And it’s not just challenges to celebrate the tour, TikTok is hosting a Spice Girls playlist for 2 to 3 weeks for all to enjoy. Viva (Spice Girls) Forever!
