Studying for exams is hungry work, and after 14 years of slogging through mountains of papers and what seemed to be endless exams for three years, it seems only right that results day calls for a serious celebration.
Which is why we’re pleased to announce students can get food freebies on all their respective results days! So that’s 6 August for Scottish foodies, 15 August for A Level students and 22 August for those doing GCSE’s. There’s no grade you need to qualify, so regardless of whether you’re celebrating or panicking, free food always tastes good, right?
KFC are sorting student’s out with a tasty lunch on results day by offering a free snack box of KFC’s original recipe chicken and fries, worth £1.99, on 15 August. The only catch is you have to buy a Krushem drink first. Simply create an account on Student Beans, download the Colonel Club app and add your Student Beans ID number. Then purchase a Krushem of your choice in store for just £1.99 and get your snack box free – simples!
Nando’s have come through with the goods and are giving away free chicken. When you spend £7 – easily done with a couple of sides and a drink – Nando’s will give you a free 1/4 chicken or Firestarter starter (there are veggie freebies available as well if you don’t eat meat). Choose from peri-peri nuts, spicy mixed olives, houmous with peri-peri drizzle, red pepper dip or halloumi sticks and dip. All you have to do is bring along a valid form of ID and your results papers.
