If you haven’t seen the cult Netflix series Stranger Things yet, then where have you been?! Set in the 1980s in the fictional town of Hawkins, it’s about a group of kids who have to save their town and friendship from mystical evil forces. It’s the perfect mix of spooky, Sci-Fi and squad goals, that everyone has been talking, nay, raving about!
After what seems to be a lifetime waiting in The Upside Down, the much-anticipated season 3 is scheduled to grace our screens in less than two months (4 July to be exact), and if that wasn’t enough to get you excited then hold onto your Eggos, because high street giant H&M has only gone and teamed up with the series on a new holiday collection, inspired by the Hawkins Community Pool.
Nodding to the show’s strong 1980s aesthetic, the range is ultra retro and logo-heavy, with pieces that come in the signature red, white and black colour palette. Spanning across clothing for both guys and gals, swimwear and poolside accessories, it has everything you need to revel in the nostalgia of ‘80s summer style. Oh, and selected pieces are replicas of garments worn by the main characters in the new upcoming episodes, FYI.
Fronted by actor Dacre Montgomery – aka bad boy favourite, Billie Hargrove *swoons* – the line drops online and in-store on 23 May, with prices ranging from £7 to £18. Say hello to your new summer mood.
